Energy efficiency ratio (EER)
Similar to PUE, EER measures the energy efficiency of cooling systems in buildings or facilities. It calculates the cooling output (in BTUs) divided by the energy input (in watts) of the cooling system. Lower EER values indicate better cooling efficiency.
