Open Positions

Video Editor: Edit various types of videos, including event highlights, interviews, and promotional content using JianYing software. Add and synchronize both Chinese and English subtitles accurately. Ensure high-quality video output through basic video editing techniques such as trimming, transitions, and audio adjustments.

Content Writer:  Watch and review interview recordings thoroughly to understand the content. Organize and compile detailed written reports based on the interviews. Create well-structured, engaging, and concise articles or reports.

Event Support Staff: Provide on-site support during events, including managing equipment, coordinating logistics, and setting up venues. Assist with crowd control, handle emergencies, and ensure smooth event operations.

Guest Reception Staff: Welcome and assist guests and speakers upon their arrival at the event venue. Provide guidance and information regarding the event agenda and venue layout. Manage VIP guest lists and coordinate with other staff to ensure a seamless experience.

Marketing and Branding Team: Includes visual layout, press release distribution, and global media promotion. Use various formats to spread summit information globally and enhance its impact.

Partnership Development Team: Expand the summit’s influence by building and maintaining strong partnerships. Seek new relevant partners to collaborate and connect.

Guest Invitation Team: Invite more guests to join the summit and manage guest follow-up before and after the event.

Event Planning and Guest Services Team: Provide thoughtful and meticulous service, ensuring a smooth cross-border experience for guests and showcasing high standards of professionalism for international conferences.

Operations and Technology Team: Includes photography, videography, post-production, equipment management, technical control, and network maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the summit.

AI and Sustainability Research Team: Assist in analyzing cutting-edge research on the environmental impact of AI technologies and contribute to the development of sustainable AI solutions. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with experts in AI and sustainability, gaining hands-on experience in both data analysis and sustainability-focused research projects.

Note: Some positions require in-person work in Boston at Harvard University 2-3 days before the summit. All roles are expected to work 5-10 hours per week online.
