Gage Hills is an Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering at Harvard. His Nano-Design
Research Group develops future generations of energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable computing systems leveraging three-dimensional integrated circuits. As recent research highlights, two of his students’ papers on environmentally sustainable computing have received Best Paper Award recognition in 2025. These include an honorable mention for Best Paper Award at the High Performance Computer Architecture conference in 2025, and a Best Paper Award nomination at the Design, Automation, and Test in Europe conference in 2025.
