Serving in executive leadership and board roles for foundations, highly regulated public, private, and non-profit organizations, she adeptly oversees policy, ethics, finance, operations, complex domestic and global compliance, labor and employment law, fund development, and human resource risk management. Nationally recognized as a civic leader and humanitarian, Clopton’s vision and expertise change laws, create effective policies and programs, and positively impact the bottom line. As former Chief Administrative Law Judge for a decade for the California Public Utilities Commission and five years as a San Francisco Human Rights Commissioner, she brings gravitas as a neutral, an unbiased fact finder, and policy-maker.
