Ms. Zhao joined CICC in 2007, and is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of MNC Team at CICC Investment Banking Department, and was once responsible for the firm’s international affairs and government relations. Ms. Zhao has years of managerial experience in the US, PRC Mainland and HK, and successfully led a multitude of M&A and restructuring transactions, IPOs, direct investments, etc. Selected transactions include: Saudi Aramco’s secondary public offering of common stock, Budweiser APAC Hong Kong IPO, Yum China Hong Kong IPO, Foxconn A-share IPO, Tianjin Tianhai’s acquisition of NYSE-listed Ingram Micro, Anhui Gujing Distillery A-share private placement, New Development Bank Panda Bond, Sinotruck red chip IPO, Sinopec and China Travel bond issuance, etc.

Ms. Zhao was nominated as Young Leaders Forum Fellow of the National Committee on US-China Relations.
