As Senior Director of IT Operations in Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT), Sarah Craig plays a key role in delivering IT services to the Harvard community, including leading the Service Desk, Endpoint Solutions, IT Services Management, and other mission-critical service offerings. Sarah’s work focuses on enhancing the user experience for over 40,000 students, faculty, and staff by fostering a collaborative and innovative support environment.

Sarah co-chairs Harvard’s Sustainable IT Committee, working with university leaders to advance sustainable practices within IT. Through her leadership, she champions initiatives that integrate environmental responsibility with technology management.
